CULTURE

There is a crucial strength of quality and character that is forged through a company’s culture.

From day one, our President and Chief Creative Officer, Cecil D. Magpuri, has strived to cultivate a creative studio distinguished by both its outstanding body of work and its consistently warm and collaborative methodology. In this business, we excel by championing a healthy ecosystem of bright minds, synergetic personalities, and close professional bonds.

The chemistry of our culture empowers the individuals of our team just as much as it fosters our respect for our clients and vendors. Yet, beyond our proud commitment to quality, innovation, and efficiency, everything we do is anchored in our recognition and respect for the mission we have been tasked to accomplish. Not only do we nurture the creative vision of our clients, we nurture our working relationship with them.

Volunteering at the Second Harvest Food Bank

At Falcon’s Creative Group we feel a responsibility towards supporting and building positive relationships in our local and global communities. Whether it is volunteering as a group or as individuals, Falcon’s encourages our entire team to become involved in various organizations.

One such organization that is close to our hearts is the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. The Second Harvest Food Bank creates hope and nourishes lives through a powerful hunger relief network. The Falcon’s team is honored to have volunteered at the Second Harvest Food Bank for nearly 5 years.

We are fortunate to have contributed to their amazing achievements by volunteering alongside a network of more than 37,000 giving individuals whose volunteer hours totaled more than 120,000.
