    Atlantis Sanya is China’s premiere ‘Underwater World’-inspired entertainment destination resort, located on Hainan Island at Haitang Bay. Falcon’s was proud to be selected to provide thematic and interior design services as well as art direction for two of the resorts’ highly themed areas: Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure Waterpark.

    For 26 years, Lotte World’s Seoul-themed recreation complex has shown a track record of longstanding success, welcoming over 7.5 million guests per year. When the company decided to branch out into their first international park, Lotte World Adventure Shenyang, they needed inspired partners to ensure that this world-class destination would be every bit as spectacular as Lotte’s guests have come to expect. For this reason, Lotte World partnered with the potent imaginative forces of Falcon’s Creative Group.

    The Son Tra entertainment complex in Da Nang, Vietnam is a world-class destination that represents the pinnacle of immersive, story-based, master planning design. Falcon’s Treehouse was chosen to deliver a concept design, and schematic design for 40 acres of a mixed-use entertainment destination on the east coast of the beautiful Son Tra peninsula.

    In 2008, Mizin, a leading real estate developer based in the United Arab Emirates, selected Falcon’s to design a fantastical master plan for a timeless destination resort where elaborate stories and ambitious dreams could be brought to life. Falcon’s was no stranger to fulfilling such requests, having recently developed similar plans for the region.

  • Sahara Kingdom Theme Park

    A leading investment firm in the Middle East chose Falcon’s Treehouse to master plan an innovative theme park and integrated resort in Dubai. Sahara Kingdom was supposed to be built on 113 acres as part of a massive entertainment development project called Dubailand. Actually, calling it “massive” is an understatement. Dubailand would have been the size of a major city, playing host to millions of visitors a year. It was truly one of the most ambitious leisure projects ever planned.
