An upper echelon creative studio cannot function as well as ours does without a superior management staff in place. Our leaders come from a variety of impressive backgrounds, but all of them share a deep passion for storytelling and design excellence. At their core is a desire to create fun, engaging, unique experiences. Each of our directors and vice presidents brings an unmatched level of enthusiasm and positivity to the office every day, which certainly rubs off on the rest of the team!

At Falcon’s, we don’t always hire the person with the most credentials on their resume. What we look for is the same type of desire and passion that emanates from our leaders. Sure, they need to know their stuff, but more importantly, they need to know how to apply thoughtful design to everything they have a hand in. They have to show respect for the process. They have to be willing to accept that their idea might not be the best one in the room. They have to understand how their decisions will impact other areas of a project. They need to be good people.

As you peruse our eclectic staff, keep in mind that they were hired with you, the client, in mind. We’re proud of the great team we have assembled because we know this group gives us the best chance to keep flying high. Like most falcons in the world, we expect our team players to travel long distances with us.

Cecil Magpuri
President & CCO


Cecil founded Falcon’s Creative Group in 2000, hoping for a place where his imagination could soar. This powerful dreamer’s visions have taken flight in the hands of a talented team, shaping immersive experiences.


Yvette Whittaker
Executive VP Of Operations


Yvette is a founding member of Falcon’s Creative Group, and over time has developed an intimacy with all aspects of the creative business and has gained an encyclopedic knowledge of clients, vendors, and projects.


David Schaefer
Vice President


David has been with Falcon’s Creative Group since 2007. David’s critical eye, combined with his design and mechanical engineering expertise, has expanded our ability to react to clients with supreme flexibility.


Jennifer Smeresky
Vice President Of Finance


Jennifer joined Falcon’s Creative Group in 2008. From accounting and contracting to human resources and marketing, Jennifer has developed a unique skill set that makes her perfect for Falcon’s Creative Group.


Daryl White
VP of Global Licensing/Business Development


Daryl is a well-known themed entertainment industry veteran. His understanding of ride system and media, paired with his meticulous mind provides an insight to clients of the overall culture here at Falcon’s.


Jason Ambler
VP of Digital Media/Executive Producer


Jason has been with Falcon’s Creative Group since 2012. His supercharged expertise in client relations, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, technical equipment, and visual effects software make him exceptionally diversified.


Mike Wallace
Creative Director


Mike leads the diverse and incredibly talented team of concept artists, technical and scenic designers, digital modelers, storytellers, and art directors as they continue to push the boundaries of innovation to deliver fresh guest experiences.


Rick Morris
Director Of Sound


Rick is an Academy Award nominated sound editor that brings Falcon's invaluable expertise in attraction sound design and mixing His dedication, portfolio, and accomplishments has catapulted Falcon’s into the cutting edge of immersive design.


Saham Ali
Director Of Technology


Saham harnesses his knowledge database and refined perspective to further strengthen Falcon's many avenues. He helps strengthen our R&D, leverage new technologies, and master efficiencies across the Media production pipeline
