As a creative guardian, Falcon’s focuses on protecting the creative vision of your project.
Our team reviews all design documents and advises other client-appointed design professionals on the best approach to achieve the creative goals of the overall project. We work with your appointed architect and project team during the construction documentation phase to ensure the scope of the project stays in line with the approved creative direction. When necessary, our team issues redlines to clarify and communicate the creative intent.
IP Management
IP management begins well before the build phase, but it still makes up a significant aspect of creative guardianship on site. Because we serve as the gateway between the intellectual property owner, the vendors assigned to the build process, and the project developer, we have an enormous responsibility to ensure alignment when it comes to all things related to that project’s intellectual property. Outside of general coordination tasks, we maintain detailed records of IP approvals, comments and/or modifications, and branding issues. We then take action on those items to guarantee that the IP is represented in its best possible light from day one.
Fabrication Supervision
Our battle-tested processes and methodologies allow us to be confident and efficient when we supervise fabrication vendors. Having a strong connection with those specialists ensures that risk is mitigated and intended designs come to fruition as planned. As the bridge between them and your teams throughout the project, we can steer fabricators away from potential issues while maximizing value.
Art Direction
Our subject matter experts are tasked with assignments that ensure the creative vision is upheld in the construction phase. An important component of this vision is the intellectual property, and as your creative guardian and IP manager, we guarantee that every discipline is not only involved but fully looped in and understands what’s needed to make that IP shine as brightly as possible. These disciplines include illustration, set design, concept design, rendering, painting, and compositing. Talented and experienced leaders guide these highly trained professionals to help turn ideas into plans, plans into solutions, and solutions into remarkable themed entertainment experiences.
