At Falcon’s, we don’t always hire the person with the most credentials on their resume. What we look for is the same type of desire and passion that emanates from our leaders.
Sure, they need to know their stuff, but more importantly, they need to know how to apply thoughtful design to everything they have a hand in. They have to show respect for the process. They have to be willing to accept that their idea might not be the best one in the room. They have to understand how their decisions will impact other areas of a project. They need to be good people.
