Falcon’s serves as the creative gateway between the intellectual property and the project developer, conducting coordination calls and presentations to communicate the creative intent. During the process, Falcon’s maintains records of intellectual property approvals, comments and/or modifications of any intellectual property, and branding issues.
Our team reviews all design documents and advises other client-appointed design professionals on the best approach to achieve the creative goals of the overall project. We work with our client’s appointed architect and project team during the construction documentation phase to ensure the scope of the project stays in line with the approved creative direction.
Construction drawings from a client’s appointed architect and contracted vendors are submitted to the Falcon’s team for review. Our team issues redlines to clarify and communicate the creative intent.
