Falcon’s guided the project from media and technical design to on-site integration, resulting in a truly stellar attraction. The energy pulsating through the air that day was electrifying, and being part of such a momentous occasion was nothing short of extraordinary. ”One of my favorite memories overall is of my first Falcon's Christmas party. I wasn't entirely sure, being a new hire at the time, how involved I would feel at such an event outside of our office space. I never was a social butterfly and company parties had always filled me with dread. I completely expected to trudge through it, trying to make conversations among my colleagues where connections had already been firmly established. I was pleasantly surprised, however, by the incredibly warm welcome I received. I was invited immediately into conversations, sharing stories and interests among new friends and family that I had not previously met. I felt such an overwhelming sense of belonging while sitting around tables full of people who had a genuine interest in learning more about me. It's a memory that has stuck firmly with me and I still feel that same sense of belonging when I come to work every day.”

Jennifer’s favorite Falcon’s memory:
“One moment that sticks out was during my time on-site for a theme park project Falcon's recently worked on. I was sitting on a bench just outside the exit of an attraction. (It's a great way to see and hear people's energies and reactions to the experience). I was watching the guests explore the central hub and noticed one of the park characters was walking down the colonnade. A little boy, there with his family, turned around to see the character and ran across the courtyard to give him a massive hug. It was such a precious moment to see guests excited and thoroughly happy to be amongst something I helped create.”
We hope you enjoyed a highlight of just a few of our talented women at Falcon’s and we’d like you all to join us in celebrating all the women in your life for their talents, dedication, and passion. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women.
